DAY 1 FLIGHT TO NEW YORK
Welcome to the Big Apple. Upon arrival meet your Travel Your World Tour guide and get acquainted with hotel in Manhattan just 1 block from Broadway. Complete you first day with a walking tour and Broadway and Times Square.
DAY 2
This morning enjoy your guided tour of New York. See some of the famous landmarks such as Lincoln Center, Ground Zero, Rockerfeller Center, Cathedral of St. John the Divine, Apollo Theater, Harlem Times Square, Broadway and Little Italy. During your visit to the Radio City Music Hall see the Great Stage designed by Peter Clark, the famous Wurlitzer Organ. Finish you day with a shopping excursion to SOHO and Canal Street. Enjoy the fusion of of culture as you step into Chinatown and have fun in the trendy boutiques of SOHO. After dinner enjoy your first Broadway performance.
Day 3
Continue your tour to Battery Park. Take the ferry to see the Statue of Liberty and the Ellis Island Immigration Museum. Enjoy lunch at Battery Park and return to Times Square for some free time to explore this fascinating block. Broadway, flashing lights, and trendy boutiques have made this area of New York a people watchers paradise. Finish the evening with a 830 meter lift to the observation deck at the Empire State building.
Day 4
A day of acting!! During these workshops you will have the opportunity to take part in an intensive class taught by professionals and working actors from either stage or screen. You will be offered classes in scene study, improvisation, stage combat, and monologue preparation and audition techniques. Later enjoy your tour the NBC Studios. Since 1933, NBC has offered this historic tour that takes you through the halls and into the studios of NBC's New York operations. An NBC page will be your guide to the world of the Peacock Network. Some NBC pages have even gone on to become famous entertainment personalities, including Willard Scott, Ted Koppel, Regis Philbin, Steve Allen, Marcy Carsey, Kate Jackson, Michael Eisner, and Dave Garroway.
Day 5
In the morning stroll through Central Park as we head to The Metropolitan Museum for Fine Art. In the evening attend your second Broadway performance.
Day 6
Spend you day with an Off Broadway Back Stage Tour. Contact TYW for a detailed list of all workshops available
Day 7
Start the day with a visit to the Natural History Museum. Become inspired and discover our responsibility in this cultural world. The NHM has one of the world's most extensive collections of natural and cultural valuables in the Eastern Hemisphere. Later that evening transfer to The Blue Note for an evening dinner and a Jazz performance.
